This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms: Terms and Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

**Free Shipping:** We offer free DHL Express Shipping on orders over 1500 CHF.

**Shipping Fees:** We also offer shipping at the following rates:

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
Shipping Fee: Depending on your location

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Free DHL Express Shipping is valid on international orders.

**Customs Process:** Millaux is not liable for customs and duties that you may be charged by your local authority. You can, however, calculate these charges at checkout so that you are not met with surprises. All of Millaux products are made 100% within Europe, allowing many benefits for importers.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- All shipments require a signature. If you choose to opt for leaving your package in a safe place, please note Millaux cannot be liable if your product is lost or stolen.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
