This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms: Terms and Conditions.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We ship with DHL from Switzerland.

Shipping Fees: We offer DHL Express Shipping at the following rates:

Shipping Method: DHL Express
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days from date of order being sent out
Shipping Fee: Depending on your location

We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. You will receive direct communication from DHL on the delivery of your product.

We offer international shipping to all regions that we do business with, including:

  • European Union Countries including all EEA countries
  • United Kingdom including Jersey and Isle of Man
  • United States
  • Canada


Free DHL Express Shipping is valid on international orders for orders that qualify.
CUSTOMS PROCESS +
CUSTOMS PROCESS -
Millaux ships DAP and is not liable for customs and duties that you may be charged by your local authority. All of Millaux products are made 100% within Europe and Switzerland, allowing many benefits for importers.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and for any additional costs or taxes. If a product is returned to us as a result of unpaid customs or duties, we will deduct all costs of sending and returning the items before issuing a refund.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS +
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS -
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders only ship on business days (Monday - Friday).
  • All shipments require a signature. If you opt for leaving your package in a safe place, Millaux cannot be liable if your product is lost or stolen.
ORDER FULFILMENT TIME FRAMES +
ORDER FULFILMENT TIME FRAMES -
All orders are fulfilled in certain drop periods of around 6-8 weeks. As the majority of our products are made to order, all pieces are 100% tailored and custom-made. We work with small-batch manufacturers in Europe who craft each product by hand. Your order will be produced and shipped within 6-8 weeks, and you will be notified as it moves through each step toward arriving at your front door.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, DHL will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
