Currently we are only stocking products through our own website. We do offer bespoke orders for customers around the world, so please reach out to us with any questions contact@millaux.com.

You are welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, having an account will allow you to review your orders and view past purchases. Additionally, we will notify you when new styles are released online if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.

Through our online shop we accept all major credit cards. For bespoke orders we accept EFT or credit card payments.
Where are Millaux Products Made? +

All of our Millaux products are made within the European Union. Our current catalogue has a collection of Cotton Sateen and European Flax Linen Products. Our cotton is spun, woven and manufactured exclusively in Italy. Our Linens are 100% European Flax Linen which is woven and manufactured exclusively in Portugal. We have worked with industry expert tailors, sleepwear designers, ceramicists, printmakers, bespoke candle ateliers, nose and smell designers to create all of our products.

To answer in short, yes! What we are creating at Millaux is a bespoke made to order supply chain. We have fantastic textile suppliers who have an abundance of colours and compositions, this allows us to work with our tailors to create products, even if we aren’t stocking these in our online catalogue. You will find the delivery window for all products on their individual product pages, and if these are made in your size and in our stock, they will be sent out straight away. If not, we will happily get your desired size and colour made up for you. With questions or interest in bespoke order, please reach out here.

You will receive notifications at each stage of your order via email or through your account dashboard. DHL will send you a shipping tracking number directly when your order has been shipped to your address.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please return the original purchase according to our Return Policy and place a new order.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items being purchased, the destination, and the shipping method. Please add all items you would like to purchase to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout, and enter the full shipping address to see the shipping cost per shipping method. *Due to UPS policy change on shipping guarantees, we are not currently offering expedited shipping methods.* For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Millaux may offer free shipping on orders to specific countries over a certain amount. If your order is eligible for free shipping at the time of checkout, once you proceed to checkout and enter the full shipping address, the actual shipping cost will appear for the order and the shipping discount will show the deduction of the actual shipping cost in the Order Summary on the top right of the page. If there is no shipping discount shown in the Order Summary, your order may not be eligible for free shipping.

For general guidance, most of our textiles should be washed in cold water with a gentle detergent and tumble dried on low heat or air-dried. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fibers. If you have any specific care questions, please contact our customer service team.

To avoid shrinking, always wash your items in cold water and tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid high heat settings in the dryer and ironing on high temperatures as they can cause the fabric to shrink.

To minimize crinkles, promptly remove items from the washer and dryer and smooth them out before hanging or folding. Ironing on a low setting while the fabric is slightly damp can also help reduce wrinkles.
