Currently we are only stocking products through our own website. We ship globally to Switzerland, the EU, UK, United States, and Canada.

You are welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, having an account will allow you to review the status of your orders and view past purchases. We will also notify you when new styles are released online if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.

Through our online shop, we accept all major credit cards through Shopify payments.

All of our Millaux products are made within the European Union and Switzerland. Our current catalogue has a collection of Cotton Sateen and European Flax Linen Products. Our cotton is spun, woven and manufactured exclusively in Italy. Our Linens are 100% European Flax Linen which is woven and manufactured exclusively in Portugal. We have worked with industry expert tailors, sleepwear designers, ceramicists, printmakers, bespoke candle ateliers, nose and smell designers to create all of our products.
What does Made to Order mean? +

What we have created at Millaux is a bespoke Made to Order supply chain, where customers have the option of ordering common bed sizes, customising product sizes or requesting fully bespoke orders. What that means is that we keep very minimal stock and produce when orders come in. The delivery window for all products is 6-8 weeks.
How do Custom Sizes work? +

On each product page, you will see the option of Custom under sizes. What this means is that if you don’t see your correct size, you can request a fully bespoke size. You fill out a form with your name, contact, shipping details, and desired size. We will send you a checkout basket to complete your order within 2 business days.

When it comes to sustainability every detail of every product must be considered. Firstly one must consider that every product that is made, is not environmentally sustainable as each process while creating it has a footprint. What we can do is make better, informed choices through the supply chains we buy into, the material we source and our internal logistics and shipping methods.

Materials: We work with suppliers who have fully traceable supply chains, source rich materials from good programmes and only raw materials of the highest qualities. All fabrics are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified (fabrics) and Global Organic Textile Standard certified (dyeing processes). Our fabric suppliers offer safe working environments, fair pay and a commitment to solar energy and recycling water techniques in their fabrics treatments.

Transport: Transport - We only ship orders once all products have been produced, this reduces multiple shipments. When it comes to delivery, we support the DHL Go Green Plus initiative. This means that with every order, we contribute towards greener delivery. Read more about the Programme here. Where possible, we deliver using land transport instead of using only the air.

Manufacturing Partners: Manufacturing Partners - By making products that are Made-to-Order we reduce our chance of waste. By working with Artisans and fabrics of high qualities, we create products that are to be cherished and made to last.

You will receive notifications at each stage of your order via email. Once we have prepared your package for shipping, you will receive a tracking number and our logistics partner DHL will communicate with you from the pick-up to the drop-off at your front door.

The delivery window for all products is 6-8 weeks. We work with Artisans who craft products by hand and create haute couture, fully bespoke bed clothes.
